About founder of FSG & Self Growth Coach Mika,

Purpose driven leader, have earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and have over 17 years experience helping children and adults overcome barriers, providing guidance, support, inspiration and motivation to help them reach their full potential one day at a time. I have successfully completed ongoing trainings throughout my career which has enhanced my self-development and leadership skills. I have been recognized for the ability to be empathetic, culturally sensitive, a great listener, motivator with the ability to create meaningful, healthy, and professional relationships with all served. It has been and continues to be my true passion to inspire self-growth and seeing the rewards of it manifest through actions and positive outcomes. In the midst of these unclear times we have been faced to transition into with Covid-19, I strongly feel self-care, outlets of support and positive healthy socialization is extremely important where I can help shed some light in some of our dark days. I am extremely excited to offer my self-growth coaching services to be a resource for youth or adults who may need support in developing self awareness, healthy communication skills, increasing confidence, improving healthier relationships and focusing on a healthier positive mindset. It truly takes a village and I couldn't be happier to have the ability to be one of the available resources where I can help individuals GROW through life while working on becoming the best version of themselves one day at a time.

Peace & love, Mika

I know you all will agree with me that she has been a valuable member of our team. Most of us who have worked with Shamika, have found her to be very conscientious, professional and hard-working.  Shamika’s outgoing and friendly personality helped to create a pleasant environment to work in and she is held in high regard by her colleagues. Shamika’s contributions have been a great benefit to IHR and AISS, she will undeniably be deeply missed here. It is definitely our loss and someone else’s gain. I have no doubt that wherever Shamika takes her career, she will continue to prove herself as an asset to that organization.
